Connecting Two Routers Within the Same Network

So you have two routers. One router connected to the modem and the other connecting your computers in another room. One solution would be to connect the other router as a network bridge. This means connecting from one of the LAN ports of the first router to one LAN port of the second router. Another method would be to go into the settings of the second router and disabling the DHCP of the second router leaving only the main router as the DHCP server. You connect the second router by the WAN port. It is very effective when connecting onto a small network.
